Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

At Dig'n Designs, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your surroundings. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Process: To start a return, please email us at Returns@digndesigns.com. 

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Address: Please send all approved returns to:

  • Cancellations: If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Once that window has passed, we have likely begun preparing your order and will be unable to cancel it.

Damages and Order Issues

Please look over your treasures as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong piece by mistake, contact us immediately. We want to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

To keep our shop running smoothly, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items or special commissions.

  • Personal Care: Items like beauty products or perishable goods.

  • Sale Items: All clearance items, "grab bags," gift cards, and digital items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

The Fast Exchange

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have for a refund and place a fresh order for the new piece through our shop.

European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

For our friends in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and tagged condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.

Personal and Commercial Use Policy

Designs offered through the Dig’n Designs Store are protected by copyright and are owned by Dig’n Designs. All digital designs are available for personal use. Some digital designs are available for commercial use also. Commercial use is defined as using the digital design in any physical project, product, artwork, etc. that is intended for resale or commercial use. Under no circumstances are you allowed to resell or distribute the files associated with digital designs offered by Dig’n Designs.

If you plan to use your cutting machine/printer/plasma table/wood cutter/etc.  to create products which you will sell or use for commercial purposes using content from the Silhouette Design Store, you must purchase a commercial license for the images in question. If a commercial license is unavailable for a design, that design is limited to personal use only. The commercial license fee covers only the specific image in question being purchased at that rate. The royalty-free license fee is a flat one-time payment per image based on the number of units you will produce for resale. It is structured as follows:

EXAMPLE: If you plan to produce 50 items for sale using a design from the Dig’n Designs Store, you will need to purchase the commercial license allowing 1-100 units. If you plan to produce 150 units, you will need to purchase the license that allows 101-1000 units.

Alterations to original images offered from Dig’n Designs could constitute an “original” modified design if the alterations are significant enough. If the image is not recognizably taken from the original art, then there is no problem with such use. Alternately, it is permissible for individuals to reproduce non-commercial licensed images offered by our company for any individual, organization, or event so long as it is not with the intent of re-sale purposes.

I offer a variety including, but not limited to SVG, DXF, EPS,PNG, BMP, DWG and JPEG digital download cutting file, which can be imported to a number of paper crafting, wood working, and plasma table programs.

With your purchases, you will receive a zipped folder containing these image

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR MACHINE’S ABILITY TO USE THESE FORMATS. For Silhouette Cameo, you must have the Designer Edition to use the SVG file. If you do not have it, you will need to use the DXF file.

All  files are for PERSONAL use, unless stated otherwise.

YOU MAY NOT:
– use any part of these files to resell digitally in any format
– share or sell these files for any reason

Please note that this is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD file with no physical product included. Due to the electronic nature of the file, NO REFUNDS will be given. Therefore, please make sure you check (and double-check!) the file type you need prior to making your purchase.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time but have no obligation to update any information.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

While we strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of a change to or cancellation of an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at our store.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control. Use of these tools is at your own risk. Furthermore, certain content available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and are not liable for any harm related to third-party transactions.

SECTION 8 - USER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or proposals (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them. We may remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Dig'n Designs mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dig'n Designs. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.

SMS/Text Messaging: By consenting to our SMS service, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Dig'n Designs. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Fees & Frequency: While we do not charge for the Service, message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply. Message frequency varies.
